At Horizon Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training equipment; if you are not content with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Return' option next to your recent order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Equipment
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For large fitness equipment, our specialized logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient home pickup time at your doorstep.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
