What is your return policy for fitness gear?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy equipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Horizon Fitness equipment includes a manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers the frame for a lifetime and parts/electronics for 1-5 years depending on the specific model.
